"Bonnie, I want to commend you for my new golf game.
Since I began my golf training regime with you in October/01
focusing on my core strength and flexibility to increase swing speed...... the results have been incredible.
My distance and accuracy improved.
Swing speed must be at least 30% greater. I will have it retested in Aspen by the same pro who tested it last year.
Zero duck hooks and no wild slices from coming inside out to attempt to correct the lack of core strength.
More feel as I'm not using just arm strength to "muscle the
ball". The swing, in fact, seems slower as it is more controlled.
No back pain, considering I have little or no disc left in my S5/L1.
Lastly I'm enjoying the game more and scoring far better. My
handicap was 16 last year and though I haven't played much Down
Under, I have shot one over par twice in the six games I've had and won one tournament.
As I watch golfers take lessons on the driving range I can see now that the lessons won't help most of them because they just don't have the core strength and balance I've developed from your
exercises. Surprisingly, in all the lessons I've had which must number fifty
plus, a golf pro has never suggested exercise to help my game!
